If you believe that the material that was removed or disabled is not infringing, or if you have the necessary rights to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which is located.
  • A physical or electronic signature.
